Not PC

And by PC, I mean politically correct, not Peace Corps.

Yesterday, after being asked for money for the umpteenth time, I realized that homeless people are the new gypsies.

I understand that some are mentally ill, facing challenges that I should be lucky that I don't have to face, but dammit, just leave me alone and stop asking me for change.

Hi Molly! Wow, you must have sudden access to a computer or something... I'm loving all your blogs all of a sudden! Good to know you're still alive and doing well. Praying for you about the job stuff - keep me posted on how things go! Interesting comments on the homeless population. I have to say, living where I live, I really don't run into that at all. It must be somewhat challenging to decide how to respond each time you cross paths with a homeless person. I can see where you'd almost have to come up with your own personal philosophy on such things and almost decide ahead of time what you're going to do. Food for thought... :-) Anyway, my son has just gotten over pneumonia and my husband has been wiped out by a flu-like bug for the past 36 hours and has been a resident bump on the sofa the whole time, so I'd better go be a mom/wife here. Hope all is well with you! (Feel free to call sometime if you have a spare moment!)
